All molded products are made to certain dimensions to meet mechanical requirements for each application, however the proper material selection is critical to operational success. Materials are EPDM, NBR, Chloroprene/Neoprene, FKM, Fluorosilicone, Silicone, HNBR, Polyacrylate, and Vamac.
Summerhill Technology utilizes compliant materials that include NSF, FDA, USDA, and USP.
If a material for a specific application has not yet been developed by our materials department, we have experienced chemists who can formulate any material to meet your requirements.
In order to take the necessary steps to make sure product is made the same for each order, Quality Control Systems are essential. Our factory is TS16949 certified to the highest manufacturing ISO standard obtainable.
